From its strategic location near Edison International Field, DAUM’s Anaheim office serves the central and northern portions of Orange County, as well as the Mid-Cities region of Los Angeles County. The area is comprised of a broad base of industrial and office product, which caters to a business base comprised of mainly local, entrepreneurial companies. As such, the area has witnessed consistent internal growth over the past three decades, given its lack of dependence on in-migration from the surrounding areas.
Building ownership by local manufacturers, distributors and office users is especially popular in Central and North County, where a proliferation of speculative developments occurred in the late 1970’s through the 1980’s. Additionally, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and the Anaheim Convention Center make the area a destination location for millions of visitors each year. Unemployment remains at an all-time low and real estate development is back in full swing to accommodate the regions continuing demand for more space.
