The DAUM Los Angeles office is the Headquarters for the entire DAUM Commercial Real Estate Network. The Los Angeles office consists of more than twenty highly skilled real estate professionals with expertise in office, industrial, corporate services and investments. The Industrial Owner Service Group, geographically covers the cities of Alhambra, Arcadia, Bell, Bell Gardens, City of Commerce, Glendale, Los Angeles CBD, Monterey Park, Huntington Park, Maywood, Pasadena and Vernon. The Office Owner Service Group covers the Glendale, Los Angeles CBD, Mid-Wilshire, Pasadena, and West Los Angeles. The Tenant Service Group provides real estate services for users of real estate locally, nationally and globally through our ONCOR International affiliation. The Corporate Services Group consists of professionals who have had the privilege of servicing corporations with an array of requirements throughout the world, including Paris, Hong Kong, London and Seoul, Korea.
The Los Angeles Downtown District continues to undergo it's urban transformation that will make Los Angeles CBD one of the world's most dynamic cities. As of 2002, over $3 billion has been invested in commercial and municipal development, as well as restoration projects in the city's core; such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Sports Center and Los Angeles Center Studios, all helping to revive the Los Angeles CBD.
